Strengths Leadership Initiative

Strengths Leadership Initiative

The Strengths Leadership Initiative is designed to foster self-authorship and increase awareness of individuals’ unique talents.  By deepening an understanding of personal strengths, participants will have increased respect for the strengths and experiences of others. As a result, participants will be able to leverage the diverse strengths of a group in areas of decision making, conflict management and intergroup processes for greater group success. Informed by the Social Change Model of Leadership Development, the initiative encourages participants to view leadership through individual, group, and community lenses.
