Join something!

Getting engaged in life in and outside of the classroom is key to your success at Georgia Tech. Students engaged in organizations have an opportunity to sharpen organizational, leadership and communication skills. Engagement can come in a variety of ways and can include joining a student organization, chartering a new student organization, and/or helping to plan, working at, or attending a campus activity.

Chartering a New Student Organization

Have you found a void that you think a new student organization can address? Great! Student Engagement and the SGA Joint Campus Organizations Committee both serve as resources to chartering student organizations. Benefits of chartering and becoming a registered student organization include access to reserve campus space, access to request funding, and a portal on OrgSync to help interested students find your organization! You can learn more about the organization charter process here!
